Balancing work and RE

My husband and I are getting into REI and between very demanding job and family we have a very little time left for RE. We are determined to stick to it and keep at it but wonder how do you organize yourself and prioritize work, RE and everything else.

@Teya Beradze

Get up early and stay up late. Get a housekeeper/Gardner to help free up some time. When starting out, most of what you need to do can get accomplished concurrent with a w2 job. At a certain point, you'll get busy enough from real estate that you have to quit or alter your work schedule. I'm salaried which makes it easier to justify taking a call when I need to, since I work through most of lunch and eat at my desk.

Also divide the tasks, I know everything about half of what we have going right on right now. Couldn't tell you anything about the other half. My wife and I say, "Whatever you think." about three times a day to each other cause we don't have time for both of us to be involved in everything.
