If the joint venture was for projects overseas, would it be better to establish the JV agreement here or in the country of the project.Any absolute no nos as regards JVs that you know of?

Not mentioned.97% of lenders will require at least 6 (more likely 12) months of seasoning to cash-out refi at new appraised value yet there is no S in BRRR.  

@Reina Bonilla it's a numbers game for rental arbitrage, so you're going to have weed through a lot of nos to find that 1 yes. 2 ways to do it:1. 

  + vacancy rates, affordability (all in historical context for that market), foreclosure (NOD, NOS, etc.) rates

For a bad example, You're probably wasting your time/$ by putting "Avoid Forclosure" in a stable area, and you wouldn't put "Compramos Su Casa" in an area without a reasonable amount of Spanish speakers.

You can never go wrong with mirroring and a simple accusation audit , followed by getting all the "No"'s out in the open before trying to send out an offer
