Looking for long term rentals in Phoenix to Airbnb, VRBO etc

Reina Bonilla

Hello,

I am looking for long term condo or home rentals that will allow short term renting through platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, etc. Any clues as to where find property owners that will allow this? Thank you!

Why not just start buying your own properties to rent so that you can benefit from appreciation and depreciation deductions. This would make you a realestate investor.

Arbitrage just gets you a job.

The owner of the property would benefit from you paying down his mortgage and can take the property to rent himself at some time in the future.
