Those are clear plastic chairs -- very good looking, and because it doesn't have any upholstery, super easy to clean. 

During demo of the old plaster walls and ceilings, the contractor neglected to put up any plastic to protect the dust from travelling to other parts of the house.Luckily that was day 1 of the project and we were able to correct the issue and realign our expectations.

That green plastic stuff, is kinda tacky and is leaking in 1 spot.

Tereal, they can make signs in plastic that would last, or heavy cardboard.

It's a thin sheet of plastic glued over a train wreck and hiding more issues than most can imagine.

I'll add too that if you use PEX, get the metal connectors instead of the plastic.
