Now, SEO seems to be the craze amongst investors/wholesalers.

And let the SEO stuff do it’s magic?

All the while I plan to slowly build my SEO. 

First, I hope everyone had a safe time with friends and family, especially with this massive winter storm ripping through the U.S.I'm a multifamily buy-and-hold investor and up until now I've basically filled all the roles in my business myself--from SEO/marketing, meeting with sellers, GCing and DIYing my own projects (mostly cosmetic rehabs), to shopping insurance, etc. 

(bleh), DMM (such a drag, but  you must when you must) and get a ranking website (Ughh now I need to learn SEO)ALl have benefits and disadvantages... yet one stands above the rest.

Common area laundry rooms kept clean/well lit.I hear Facebook advertising does work well with well used SEO words and if you know how to use their statics. 

I am not happy sitting till the late hours writing SEO for my website.I am not happy telling a seller that needs money for their sick child's operation that I can only pay $70K for their house instead of $120K she should be getting.I am not friggin HAPPY to drive all over friggin damn CT looking at houses that may or may not lead to a damn deal.What drives me, is when I see people like Brandon doing podcasts from friggin Hawaii while I am freezing my monkey nuts off hustling so I can be able to be free, and live life on MY damn terms when I make it.I used to stare at a bag of crab legs in the super market.my mind says NO you greedy animal you can't afford it, while my belleh says  .. dude, that with butter.. are you kidding?

Thanks that makes total sense and I have a little experience with the SEO side of things.

Investor yada yada yada.I decided to make it so I cracked the SEO code and now well the Gods rewarded me with insane beauty and immortality.So people noticed and they kept seeking me out.
