Introduction - New Real Estate Investor

Hey everybody, 

I just wanted to make a short post to introduce myself as I am brand new to the forum and just starting my real estate investing journey. 

My name is Brandon, and I am based in Tampa FL. I just now got my LLC company TPA home investments and would like to start wholesaling some properties!

My goal for next year is to get into fix & flips by the end of 2023. Maybe even some buy and hold rentals. 

Feel free to check me out! Currently I use REI Blackbook as my CRM and have been doing direct mail for marketing using print genie.

As well, I post on Craigslist daily and am just getting into starting a PPC campaign. All the while I plan to slowly build my SEO.

Wisdom for you: Go to your local real estate meet up and network with any flippers there to learn from them and also sell them your whole sale deals. If you can start your own meet up that would be even better.

Thanks Tanner, great advice. I'm keeping an eye on my local REIA, they meet once a month and I just missed Decembers. 

How exactly would you start your own? Meetup.com?
