Where to start looking for wholesale opportunities first

So I’ve decided to jump head first into wholesaling. I think it’s a good place to start, build relationships and build some capital and maybe not get too ahead of myself with a potential market drop imminent.

I’m ready to get to it but I don’t quite know where to go get that first deal.

Do I start with marketing large scale or should I get a deal under my belt first. If that’s the case, where do I start looking?
