If you think there is a chance that they will sue, you may want to consider having someone from an environmental company come in and get air samples.

For those reasons we do air sampling with an outdoor control.

Due to the small sample size and single mailing (plus my very dialed-in messaging), it's difficult to say whether their service is a "great" deal, but the data seems like a decent list (although I really only want SFRs, so that's another consideration).

However that is just a simple letter and sample mailed to them...Dont give up.

I received the samples from him (as well as the green "I Buy Houses" bracelet...which I admit I wear lol).
