I'm not sure a family would know what to do with you; and how would you provide them the peaceful use of the property - if say - their kid was bouncing a ball in the house or the kids/parents were fighting/television on loud, etc.? 

Use this forum to bounce ideas off one another and hopefully get your own mind thinking on ways you can improve.

I suspect that a lot of traffic you get probably bounce off pretty fast.Try adding giving obvious value to your audience so they want to stay on the page longer.

Finding other investors in your area, whether new or old, to bounce ideas and questions off of is truly invaluable.Put in the time and hard work, and you'll be just fine.

It would be great to find someone I can bounce these ideas around, ask questions, and all the other great things that a mentor will bring.Where have people had success finding a mentor?
