I have been putting a lot of work into my website recently, to go along with launching a new PPC ad. I have been getting okay traffic but have yet to get any leads. I would love to get some feedback on what I can do to convert page views to leads. Thanks and much appreciated.

@Sekelle O. Your site looks clean and hits some of the pain points visitors will identify with. The white background makes it easy on the eyes. One of the tactics I like is offering something of value to visitors. Ebooks are very popular and effective at generating leads. You could create one based on your local market expertise and provide it at no cost to those who fill out your form. Use a title that aligns with questions your visitors likely want to know and package them up...something like "Top 10 Questions You Must Ask When Selling Your Property" You already have the knowledge, just wrap it up into something of value and give it away!
