Once you get buyers in the door, you can always negotiate, but if no one sees the house, it doesn't matter how it's priced.You can ask agents for your active comps how much activity they've had, or even pretend to be a buyer and try to fish out some info.

You reach a point with PPC where you can't spend more because there are no more clicks to buy UNLESS you broaden your keywords which will kill your lead quality!

We had a issue in our area where tenants were paying the rent- dropping it off in a drop box at the property managers office and they were being fished out by thieves.For me personally that would be a hard call because there is no proof that the money order was made out to the PM to pay the rent.
