Not all of the episodes will be up your alley but they will broaden your horizons to a lot of different investment types and concepts that might speak to you.

Like I said we are looking to broaden our selection.

You are buying a business with yaught club services, bait and fishing, fuel, etc.

Or you go north, which makes you a lot more remote, far away from the next Home Depot, and a long drive for everyone, but opens you up the snowmobile and ice fishing season.IMO the most important thing is to buy quality real estate, no matter how you rent it.

I personally think they are a good company (that's why I hired them) but they may be too 'busy' for small fish like us.

Getting a real estate license is a different kettle of fish.

I look at STR's like a fishing expedition, the more capacity, bedding configurations, amenities, etc the bigger your net, and the more fish you will catch. 

New landlords and listings that don't specify this get flooded with applications from tenant prospects who are fishing for a landlord desperate enough to not impose the above criteria.
