Hello everybody!
I'm a recent member from Huntsville, AL. I'm an independent IT consultant and I currently live in Afghanistan. have lived throughout Europe and the Middle-East as well. I do miss Bama though. 
Well, I accidentally fell into real estate investing. I was living in Kuwait when my second ex-wife (Lucifer) in Alabama told me she was abandoning our previous house. Since my name was also on the financing (long story), I was stuck with that property. I decided to hire a PM and rent out the property to offset my burden. I then later realized the earning potential a rental could bring in. I already had another house fully paid for, so I decided to rent that one out too. Long story short, My ex-wife made it possible for me to realize this huge earnings market. THANKS SATAN!
I discovered BP and WOW!!! The information on here is incredible. It was hard swimming through all the 'Get Rich Quick' sites, but I finally found a site which speaks truth. What a wealth of information. I look forward to exchanging experiences with all of you. Thank you for allowing me to join this community.
