Hi people on BP. Recently, I joined BP and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is BB. I've been living in New Orleans for over 25 years and worked in the IT field for over 10. I'm ready to take on my next adventure; Real Estate investing. Never realized there are other ways of investing in Real Estate than just house flipping and rental properties. With no experience in Real Estate, BP podcasts and forum have definitely broaden my knowledge. After listening to podcasts every chance I get, house flipping is where I want to start. Love to hear from other investors on the do's and don'ts. Much appreciated.
