I have take a tactical tilt a little more towards International Developed Equity Markets (like Europe & Japan) which haven't seen near the run up & have experienced currency weakness.

Here is the situation:I am an American citizen living in Japan who owns 5 single family properties in the US.

I am relatively new to real estate, and am currently in Japan.  

I currently live in Japan and Im from Washington and have been investing...sporadically... in the greater Seattle area for the past 10 years.  

Although I have sent everyone emails stating I do not want to forward with the extension, this is what I wake up to in my inbox (I live in Japan so this all happens in the middle of the night for me):"Good Afternoon Mr.

I am currently stationed in Okinawa Japan and so I need a good property management company.

So, we are looking at roughly 25k in equity going in.I am currently stationed in Japan and will be for another year and some change.  

My wife is Japanese (non-US citizen), we have a kid with dual citizenship and we live and work in Japan.
