Newbie in LA/California

Hey BP! This is my first official post and wanted to say hi to everyone! I am currently located in the Los Angeles County in California. I am very interested in starting my alternative journey from being on the healthcare field and adventuring another form of income with real estate investments. The only experience I have in RE is that I just bought my first home along with my wife almost 1 year ago. I am foreseeing myself starting with small or cheaper multifamily 2-3-4 complexes and hopefully continue and making bigger and more profitable deals. I am in search for partners or anyone who can lead in the right direction. I am in dying need to meet people who have experience as well as people who are also starting off and looking for partnerships too. I plan to look for any REI seminars in the LA or Orange County too increase my knowledge. So if anyone has any advice or want to meet, let me know!

@Christian Tacto My office is having two meetups this month in Orange County.  I'll send you a direct message with the details.  Our niche is in fix and flip investing but the strategies at the meetup can be used for wholesaling, or buy and hold strategies as well!
