Good property management company in Bentonville, Ark?

I am a noob  and am about to close on my first buy and hold deal in Bentonville, Ar. I am currently stationed in Okinawa Japan and so I need a good property management company. Does anyone have a good recommendation for the area? My realtor suggested NWA Realty Group.  thanks.
