Hello Everyone

Very excited to be apart of this amazing real estate knowledge bank.  I currently live in Japan and Im from Washington and have been investing...sporadically... in the greater Seattle area for the past 10 years.  Im truly a newbie when it comes to the business organization around my properties and look forward to hearings advice and sharing experiences.
