Its the same every time i pass a speed limit sign and i think to myself haha that simply means i can go 10 above it and not get pulled over. people will test the boundaries of the law until they are caught.

About a 1/4 mile up the road, I saw where they broke thru the fence (probably spooked by lightning...).Now this may not be as funny as CHICKENS, but even in Texas, it's not every day you pass a couple of cows walking down the road...

Here in WI we have to take a good amount of class hours and then pass a fairly tough test as well as continuing ed every other year with more tests, but its not like you're going through school to be a CPA or med school to earn your MD!

The few inspectors I have talked to said that they would not pass a panel that had a housing from one manufacturer and breakers from another manufacturer; apparently the manufacturers only consider their own units used in tandem to be safe, and don't check safety of other breakers in their panels.See this link:http://www.nachi.org/forum/f19/mismatched-circuit-breakers-22931/

I actually think simply carpeting the stairs would encapsulate it and pass a lead XRF test and qualify for a lead free certificate.
