Things that make you stop and double take...Chickens!?
Hello all! I hope this brings a good laugh for everyone as it did for me. I have never seen this in the description for a home. It was talking about being a Duplex converted into a SF, but could be converted back. It looks like a nice comfortable home....then the last line I saw this "Large backyard is fully fenced, with space for gardening and chickens, which can be included in the sale."
Not dogs, or children or anything like that...CHICKENS! I had to ask my agent, in play, how I would go about pitching that to investors. Well, we would need $XX for the home sale, $XX for repairs and to convert back to duplex....oh and $XX for the chickens! haha.
There is a tension breaking laugh for your Friday! Have a great weekend all.
Please comment and share if you have other things that totally caught you off guard like that.

Not sure where this house is, but chickens are all the rage in the Seattle suburbs. Chickens and fancy coops have also been featured in recent issues of Sunset magazine... :)
