How do you get better at approaching women?

I know this sounds silly, but in a 6-plex I managed I went from 4 men/2 women, to 4 women/2 men renting the units.

There are more and more women who are getting into RE investment.

I'm starting an InvestHer chapter here in Virginia Beach dedicated to empowering women investors. 

I like to do this in public places and stand very near women who look like they could be had as I do it.I have a number of small, private pleasures like this.

Is he maybe a certain religion where women are not with unrelated men unless escorted?

Hi Yankel,  I suggest you look out of the box to rent those 3 months: Realtors might have a client who needs to relocate to the area...Businesses might have new employees moving into town who are house hunting...Check the women's shelter for women who just fled from abuse who might take it for 3 months ( I think there is a small amount they are given for housing.
