Hey guys! I am Chasity and I'm a single mom in the Lake Travis area. Recently had an existential crisis and started looking for options to make my small amount of money work for me and build wealth to allow me to travel far and often while affording me a lifestyle that let's me deep dive into personal growth and be present and loving for my family and friends. I'm currently in public education, and I do love that job. I'm not necessarily looking for a way out of that, as I think it would be hard for me to leave. It's so closely tied to my values and purpose.

I'm very nervous and afraid of the unknown, and very much trying to stay focused and spend time learning every time my kids are with their dad. I've given myself a very conservative timeline to learn what I need to learn for the next 11 months and make a purchase by the end of 2020 or beginning 2021. Definitely willing to move faster, but I need deadlines :)

Any advice or connections welcome!! I'm very excited about this resource.

Welcome to BiggerPockets! Truly nice to meet you. Good luck going forward! Hope the best for you going forward in 2020!!

You inspire me with your desire to make a better life for your family. BP is a great wealth of information to learn. Maybe find a mentor who can guide you. There are more and more women who are getting into RE investment. And you live in a great area. You might think of getting your RE license to make some side money. Not necessary, but a good side hustle.
