Check out the Tidewater Real Estate Investor Group, one of largest in the US.  Lots of networking opportunities.  They meet once a month.

    @Yenn Reyes Plenty of investors in the area! Join the Tidewater REIA (TRIG) Peninsula REIA (PREIA) and Hampton Roads Landlord Association (HRLA). All great groups!
