With a (C) you cant have any Sophisticated but can solicit including on social media and hosting seminars.You will need to have a solid operating agreement, pass the bad actor check (SEC), be an entity and show your potential investors that you have the capability to be successful with their money.

It doesn't cost that much too evict here but you neverknow if the tenant will do malicious damage either or it could be possible that you could work something out with the tenant.

I only point this out because bad actors will get money out of folks promising them some 250k or 500k LOC unsecured and that is just not reality..
