I've done my research and I really want to get started wholesaling. I know how to d4d and find properties, but I feel like I'm not ready to take the next step. I don't know any buyer, I don't have any contracts so I don't know where to go from here. Any help

@Nicole Jordan Wholesaling is a very controversial topic here on BP. There are lots of people who hate wholesalers (I have had some negative experience with some not so good ones) and there are people who wholesale and/or buy from wholesalers who have no problem with wholesaling.

As for getting started I would suggest that you start by birddogging for a wholesaler or other investor first as a way to get your feet wet without having to spend money on marketing and the other expenses necessary to be successful at wholesaling.

For the record, I wholesale full time here in TX. I dont teach, Im not a guru, I just find discounted properties and I am not licensed. So it can be done, there are people doing it. But I would recommend that you start with birddogging until you have acquired the knowledge and capital to jump into wholesaling.

Just my .02
