I have studied real estate but not licensed. At this time I'm working with investors to find them homes to invest in.

I have studied real estate but not licensed. I know a great couple that are starting their own wholesale business and they have helped me to find resources to become a wholesaler. I recently lost my 23 yr job and at the age of 60 I have to start all over again and real estate is my interest for the rest of my life.
