There's a lot to learn here but nothing beats what you can glean from face to face connections. 

I'd say read thru these posts and glean what the general knowledge level of a wholesaler is.Or to quote Wu-Tang: "Protect ya' neck"

Alex, I'd suggest you run a search re: Tennesse in the BP Forum and read through old posts - there's info to glean.  

Lastly, join local social media groups on Facebook or otherwise for OOS investors in the market you're looking at - always good insight to glean from other people's perspectives and advertising.Best of luck to you!
