Los Angeles Digital Marketer Interested In Real Estate Investment

Hey what's up? My name's OJ Roque and I'm just starting to learn more about real estate investment. 

I'm located in Los Angeles, CA, or more specifically, Cerritos, CA, and my background is digital marketing. I currently operate a digital marketing agency in Los Angeles and am interested in real estate investment as a new, long term revenue stream. Specifically, BRRRR seems very interesting and my goals are to start my real estate investment career down that path.

I have no prior real estate experience but find the topic really interesting! I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts, read Rich Dad Poor Dad and the UBG, and am just starting to learn how to use the Bigger Pocket site effectively (there's so much on here). 

I'm not often the smartest guy in the room but I attribute the successes in my career and life to my relentless work ethic, obsession with learning, and passion to help others. I'm a newbie to Bigger Pockets for now but hope to be a major contributor here in the near future. If there's anything I can do to help you with your real estate challenges, let me know as I'm here to help and learn! :D
