Hello BP,

Have you anyone of you going through 1031 exchange recently this year? How was your experience? I am doing my preliminary work to sale a SFH to exchange for triplex/duplux. It is critical to get a seller and buyer agent? Any leads are appreciated. TIA.

Hi Tiffani,

the 1031 agent is only for the 1031 exchange. they do not act as a realtor.. you would need to find a realtor to help with your real estate transaction.
