Newbie getting started in Kentucky

Dalton Partin
Posted

Hey everyone, my name is Dalton. Just getting started - please feel free to reach out - I take every opportunity to glean from those that are more experienced than myself.

1. 🌎  I am based in Lexington, Kentucky and looking to invest in central and southeast Kentucky areas

2. 💫 I am just now jumping in and learning about real estate investing so I want to use BP to gain more knowledge and build relationships. Hopefully this will lead to my first deal in the next year or so.

3. 🤪 I once competed in a 31 mile kayak race called the Chattajack 31 (Chattanooga, TN)

Dalton,

I live in Frankfort and am happy to help.  Another person you need to get to know is @James Wilcox.  He is always happy to assist new investors.

Wendell
