New Investor looking to invest out of town. Looking for guidance.

Hi Guys,

I am looking to invest in a multi-family property and live in the Los Angeles area. I want to invest out of town because the market here is so expensive. I was wondering, if I invest out of town, how would that work with management and would it be a good idea? Also when hiring a management team how do you know how is good and lastly, how do I do a good syndication?

Thank you.
