Next 6 months: Establish web presence/SEO sufficient to generate 3 or > seller leads per day3. 1 year: Do 2-5 wholesale deals per month4. 1.5 to 2 years: Begin Fix-n-flipping myself/with partners/team5. 2 years and beyond: Start building a growing portfolio of rental income properties with favorable CAP ratesI am open to any suggestions etc.Thank you for reading Bigger Pockets Jedis!

I'd never call off a bandit sign, yellow letter, craigslist ad, etc. but they all work with the right people.My biggest suggestion and the thing that exploded our business, was putting money into SEO to drive pre-qualified people. 

I would also need to learn SEO I'm assuming.

It's not as effortless as some of the videos online make it look, but it does a great job.

The SEO is the trick on that one.

I am also currently working on some SEO topics.

Sign usage in certain area that has your contact info and you website address.Have the use of effective SEO on it to be found when searching.  

Digital is best for the seasoned sponsors.Again, if you were referring to the advertising as I was thinking about, like SEO or running FB ads or that nature (or even social media posting), it's not going to work at that stage.

Any usage of SEO needed for this ?
