Newb Starry-Eyed Wholesaler in the San Francisco Bay Area

A bit about myself:

My name is Puran Zach Grewal. I am new to REI and plan to get started initially wholesaling and then transition to fix-n-flips, and then ultimately build a portfolio of rental income properties. I am a born and raised San Franciscan, and currently own and operate an event company primarily for corporate events and weddings that I started after graduating from college at UC Santa Cruz. My real estate goals are to:

1. Short-term: Do my first wholesale deal!

2. Next 6 months: Establish web presence/SEO sufficient to generate 3 or > seller leads per day

3. 1 year: Do 2-5 wholesale deals per month

4. 1.5 to 2 years: Begin Fix-n-flipping myself/with partners/team

5. 2 years and beyond: Start building a growing portfolio of rental income properties with favorable CAP rates

I am open to any suggestions etc.

Thank you for reading Bigger Pockets Jedis!
