I Have a list of addresses i need to send post cards too. my question is do I print each post card individually with a different address on it or do I print them all at once and put the address on another way?

Cons:-Every late night guru tells all their aspiring real estate investor/wholesaler wannabes to market to these owners, so they are constantly bombarded with marketing-If you arent doing a search to find out if they own multiple properties you could be mailing to another investor—there are several investors here on BP that have talked about the hundreds of postcards, letters and phone calls they get on properties they would never sell at a discount-If the owner doesnt have someone locally who can give you access, getting in to see these properties can be difficult.
