Mail campaign postcards, yellow letter, or Professional letter?
I am going to start a mailing campaign in the greater Houston area. I’m going to be hitting residential and commercial properties. What do you find works best for both situations postcards, yellow letters, notecards or professional looking letters? Thank for the help.

For the sub 250k market, I would use personalized letters sent first class. In my experience Post Cards and self sealers in Harris County dont even make it in the door before hitting the circular file.
