I would love feedback on pros and cons of absentee owner listings
Hi all,
Are there any big pros and cons in your experience? What is the first thing you'd tell someone thinking of diving into this? Any pitfalls I should be aware of? Your feedback on your experiences good and bad are so appreciated!

I would combine absentee with high equity and age over 60. In addition to stacking the real key is consistent action in your marketing and focused systematic follow up. Many deals will be found in the follow up.
