From a numbers perspective (i'm a massive spreadsheet and data nerd) Raleigh, specially the eastern, western, and northern parts of the city, seems to have both attractive markets and opportunities.

It is also easier for suburbia to grow near Charlotte (CLT) as opposed to when you move over to Western North Carolina (WNC) and the mountains actually begin.

Brand Reputation - To start, I have had clients that purchased deals from New Western that were good deals but we have also been sent a ton of very overpriced properties from them and unfortunately this has happened so much that it has just left a bad name for the company (in my market).
