Hi,

I am a longtime homebuilder & remodeler and wanted to get out of day to day grind dealing with homeowners and have more control of my schedule and pursue passion i have always had for real estate. I am a broker handling REO inspections for large firm and have put business model together to offer realtor service, expert rehab estimates and general contracting work at great prices since getting both ends. Looking to find investors / partners / reasonable hard $ for long term wealth building using my info I am obtaining working full time distressed properties. Love coming on this site and learning something new all the time. Figured I was coming om here enough it was time to join! Hope to get to know any members out in the western burbs'
