I don't think the lack of a stamp will make a difference because I'm sending out postcards until I learn Microsoft Mail Merge (at which time I will change to letters with real stamps).

@Jacklyn Cheatham here is a few tips that I use so I don't sound like I'm using a script:- I try to sound natural so when I get a phone call "I'm calling because I got your postcard in the mail and wanted to find out what this is about,..." - I let them know that "I'm a real estate investor and I'm looking to buy several houses in your area, is yours available?"

Also check out the postal service they have inexpensive options for Direct mail to every door in an area you chose for 18 cents a postcard if your looking for very low rates.

I just can't help but notice the amount of bandit signs, post cards and overall marketing I see and wonder how many people (if any) feel this way and if maybe that's why people get discouraged from making the switch into Real Estate.

I use postcards for my lists, and letters for more custom outreach for select properties.For the content in the postcards, I wanted to know if anyone ever tried using language closer to that of a wholesaler (Cash for your Home) as opposed to (I can list your home) as a broker?
