Incoming call script

Does anyone have a seller incoming call script that has proven effective?  If so, would you be willing to share in a word document or PDF?  Getting ready to mail our first campaign to absentee owners with high equity as well as probate leads and was hoping for an effective conversion script.  Thank you in advance for your assistance. :jacklyn

The main thing that will help you is confidence and understanding of the service you are providing and how you can solve a number of problems that one of your target clients may have. Do this prep work far in advance of any Marketing that you do.

Scripts are a powerful tool and can help you to accomplish this very thing. You practice and rehearse until you have it down. The best way I know to do that is to use it over and over again on every call.....

A little known fact about Robert DeNiro...... it’s only within the last 10 years or so that he would even do interviews without having the questions sent to him ahead of time. His publicist would write it up, so he could get up there and do the scripted version; he was that  insecure in front of an audience without a script. And DeNiro’s one of the greatest.

The tuth is you want to know your material backwards and forwards until it becomes completely natural to you. You have that conversation 50 times and you'll have it down to 12 minutes per call or so....have it 100 times, you'll know what your prospect is going to say before it's said. Have it 1000 times and you'll know within 2 minutes whether there's a deal there or not. Just sayin'.
