I don't think you know the neighborhoods as well as you may think and, while you're absolutely correct that there are "sketchy" areas, they are quickly improving now that the Port of Everett Revitalization project is well underway, and all the blue collar workers have moved on since the Kimberly Clark plant shut down.  

We do the north suburbs currently. 7 flips under way and starting 5 more in the next 30 days!

I am planning on doing mostly cosmetic to it, bones look good (but again will find out now that inspection period is underway). 

I am NOT networked into the community that has led to the growth of retail and urban loft apartments in the downtown, now underway.
