Just bought my second property!

Closing happened this afternoon. Just finished re-keying the place and will be getting quotes on the rehab work shortly. Hope to have this one rented a little quicker than my first - bought in Dec and rented by June 1st. 

I have one more under contract, and will be closing on my 3rd on September 4th.

My goal on Jan 1st was to aim for 4 this year. It's taken a while to get to this point, but it looks like it may be possible to hit this goal before Dec.
