I have owned and rented multi unit properties for roughly 10 years. Currently an Active military member looking to grow my rental portfolio’s in the upstate New York area and Washingon DC metro area. I would like to partner with people/ entities to rehab/flip and or buy and hold off market properties in Upstate NY and Washington DC area.
