Would love to hook up with any one looking to possibly do JV or equity deal in the area.As for the crime.... yes this is part of the elements of the town but, with some vision, working security cameras and bright outdoor lights the town can and will change.

Retail buyers have little or no 'vision' and are rarely able to see beyond a poorly presented offering.If your ultimate offer is strong, very well presented and aggressively marketed, you will need to either be the top of the market or slightly under to attract a strong, well-qualified buyer.If it were me, I'd focus on thinking about the end buyer you want to sell to.

Quite simply your mission statement is what you do and your vision statement is what you want to become.Therefore, I would make your mission statement: We buy and sell real estate below market prices.
