Great mission statements

I am in the process of selecting a name for my new LLC. I have created a Mission Statement and I was wondering what people might think of it. It reads as follows:

To buy and sell Real Estate at reduced prices, thereby creating solutions for sellers and creating opportunities for buyers, while at the same time helping improve my community’s appeal to the general public. Any comments are welcome.

THIS IS ALL MY PERSONAL OPINION

That sounds great ...... for a Chamber of Commerce function.

This will be blunt. You are in the business to make money. The only solution you are offering sellers is the completed transaction. If you want to help them, offer a premium to their asking price. If you want to help buyers, offer a below market selling price. If you want to improve your community's appeal, donate time, money or property ... coach the little league team, buy and plant flowers in the town park every spring.

If you are dealing with any other professional such as a lender, appraiser, tradesperson etc and if they need to know be upfront and tell them you buy, fix and flip homes, or buy and rent homes to make a profit.

IMHO Mission Statements are a waste of time.
