Hello all. I have a question I would like to get everyone's opinion on. I'm currently 21 years old and I have 12k +/- that I'm willing to put towards initial investing. I personally believe real estate is the best way to go. What in your opinion would be the best way to go as a initial/first investment. I also live in massachusetts if that helps at all. Thankyou for any advice you can give me

Matthew Catanzariti buy a duplex and live in one unit. Or, start with a non-owner occupied duplex. There's a ton to learn and a smaller multi-family is a good teacher.
