I’ve been on this website for maybe two months now and it has taken me this long to write my first post even with all the podcasts that I listen to that say just take action and all the books I’ve been reading such as, The One Thing by Gary Keller, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Outwitting The Devil, and Four Hour Work Week.

I recommend checking out the Ultimate Beginners Guide as well as the BP Podcast.As for books, you might consider Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan.
