Good Morning! My name is Curran Quinlivan and I am a transplant from Minnesota living in Lincoln/Omaha, NE. Nebraska has been a great place to raise our family. I do miss the Minnesota winters but other than that I only have great things to say about life in Nebraska.

I have been very interested in REI for some time but had difficulty finding the time to educate myself or find help with educating myself. I have some spare time in the evening(after baths, books and bed) now that I am at home with our 4 kids.

I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets when I was researching a REI "Guru" that wanted quite a bit of money for their knowledge...I just assumed a site like Bigger Pockets didn't exist...very happy to find out I was wrong. I am amazed at the layout and organization of this site as well as the amount of people involved in posting. I am excited to get started and get to know the members. Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction post.
