Books To Read?

Hello BP,

I am excited to get started in this investing (House Flipping) world. I am a licensed agent and have partnered with a large group on a couple of flips, had a couple of rental SFR rentals before "The Crash" and now I am ready to branch off and do this on my own, or much smaller team. The group I was involved with was too big and I couldn't get involved as much as I would have liked to really learn the business.

So I feel like I am back to the basics (which I don't mind). I would like to start with a strong foundation. Which book would you recommend I purchase first? I will order,

"BiggerPockets Presents: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing"

But after going on Amazon, I have located an entire host of books. Including the ones recommended by Bigger Pockets. Anyway, Is the book I mention above a good start and what would you read next?

Thanks!

@Derrick Williams

Never have been a strong reader.  I had mostly C's in school until college.  I'm the type of person that only needs a few pages of information to get the mouse turning.  When I had a day job I had book on my desk called "2 Years to 1 Million in Real Estate" by Matthew Martinez.  Everyone asked me what the book was about and I told them I don't know but sounded good.

Right now I'm reading/rereading these.....

The Bankers Code by George Antone

Investing In Debt by Jim Napier

Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone

The King of California biography of Bosewell

The Real Book of Real Estate by Kioyaski
