Atlanta Agent Recommends?

Hi is anyone able to recommend any agents based in Atlanta?  I tend to focus on the nicer county's (like Gwinette) to minimize rental issues, looking for all in price $80-$120k post rehab, net yield 9% and above.

I have capital am a cash buyer and looking to expand if you have any agent recommends for me to work with that would be awesome! Thanks in advance.
